Unless an item is defective, it cannot be returned. I make each piece to order and have to sustain myself accordingly.

If something arrives damaged or not as described, reach out within 7 days and I'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.

Because each piece is made for you specifically, I ask that you check the sizing notes before ordering.

Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent. Do not wring. Lay flat or hang to dry — tumble drying will shrink natural fibres.

Linen and khadi will wrinkle. That's correct. A cool iron on the reverse side will smooth them if needed, but the creases are part of the character.

Silk pieces: dry clean or hand wash cold only. Store folded, not hung.

Most pieces are cut with ease — they are intended to fit loosely and are adjusted to your measurements when you order.

When you get in touch, share your waist, hip, and inseam measurements. I'll cut accordingly. No standard sizing — each pair is made for one person.

If you're between measurements or unsure, I'll advise before cutting.
